Old Habits Are Hard to Break: Bottle Water Free Day

Canada’s first Bottle Water Free Day was held on March 11th 2010. That same day, Ryerson University in Toronto signed a Water Pledge in which it would stop selling water bottles on campus starting September 2013. Instead, the University will rely on a more feasible and environmentally friendly alternative by providing water fountains that are high quality and available to people.
