Issue in environmental economics and policy?

what would be a current issue in environmental economics and policy??

Cap and Trade. Sadly the Marxist take over of the Capitalist Free Market System by the gov’t is based on fraudulent reports. Research the major players in the "environmental" "green" movement and you’ll see a lot of USSR communists like Gorbechov, etc. The tie between Cap & Trade, Kyoto, etc. is very easy to make on an economic theory macro level as well as a micro level for how it changes individuals spending habits due to increase in fuel costs. You can also make the macro argument between countries based on who has to follow the law, who doesn’t and how this changes labor and trade.
